Has anyone successfully placed 37" bfg km2's on a f250 with a 4" suspension lift with little to no modifications to the truck. After the Lift and 37s I have put an additional 5.3K miles averaging 11.8 mpg, please keep in mind this is with an Un-Corrected Odometer. The 37's are 9% larger than the stock tires and using quick math the corrected mpg comes out to be 12.8 mpgs. The leaf springs are rather thick to give the rated load capacity but at the sacrifice of ride comfort and suspension travel. When the truck is loaded, the suspension compression travel is reduced drastically so it will “bottom out” easily.

tietz piggly wiggly The arms have a relief where a 37 would hit and the sway bar is also curved to avoid tires. My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing. Might be testing that soon. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.
