I would take the carb off and give it good thorough cleaning, (Jets Included), using carb cleaner let the parts soak then blow them out with compressed air.

I recently bought a 2003 Eiger 400 that only has 375 miles on it but has carb problem and wouldnt run when I bought it. I removed carb. It was filthy inside. I thoroughly cleaned everything including gas tank and reinstalled carb.
