Feb 7, 2023 · The steel frame on the P is 5oz more on it (8oz total increase between the two models). I like the thought around the added durability of the steel frame. Just not sure if I'd run either enough to show wear on the aluminum frame version. The barrel on the C2 is 3.9" where the P is 4.4". The subcompact version which imo shot flatter, even though it has a 3.5 barrel. Holds 10+1 with the flush mag and 15 with the extended. Soft shooting, super flat, and poa is poi for me. The P definitely feels luxurious compared the C2, but keep in mind the C2 has an aluminum frame so the metal on metal surfaces will feel slightly different than the steel on steel rails of the P. I dont think its necessarily a flaw. Between the two, I would choose the C2. Its just the perfect all around gun.
