Rlcraft lost cities

Severe server lag on RlCraft 2.9. I hosted a server for 2.8 to play with my friends. It didn't have any problems with lag. However, with the new update as soon as someone joins the tps drops to around 5-10. Without any player the server averages about 16-19 tps. I seen one other post about this, but there OP solved it by reinstalling the server..

As for iced or flamed weapons I'd choose iced because many late game enemies are imune to fire dmg. But that's just a preference.
