K24 oil capacity
No oil to cams, K24Z1 w/K20A2 head. Ok I been trying to get help with this for the longest and my car has been sitting for 5 months I have a k24z1 block with a k20A2 head with a k20a2 oil pump. The setup works because I ran it for 3 months until the engine failed. Come to find out the head was basically dry.My curiosity was peaked so I grabbed the hacksaw and this is what became of it all. This is a Steel K24 oil pan mounted on a K20A2, Stock oil pump and K24 Pan. This shows the tight clearances between the K20A2 pump pickup and the K24 Steel pan. You can see that there's dimples on the bottom of the pump to prevent it from literally sucking ...

Water supply could come from a variety of places like the heater lines. I have a Ktuned swivel piece I'll be tapping from.
