Sep 7, 2021 at 1:55 PM. I'm 5weeks pregnant and my very first symptoms were headaches 4,5, and 6 dpo. I was 70% sure I had conceived. Then at dpo10 and 11, i had sore and bleeding gums. I became 100% sure that I had conceived because these were the same symptoms I had in my first pregnancy. And I only had a bfp on 16dpo, following a vvvvfl on ...3 dpo - gassy, loose stool, headache, nose runny, ears popping, mild crampy . 4 dpo - runny nose, bloated, gassy, mildly crampy, exhausted, headache, 5 dpo - woke up at 3:30 am with bad headache, hard to sleep, headache still present in the morning, super congested, constipated (later in day mostly feeling NORMAL)
