Mage Tower is scaled down, like Timewalking. I'd suggest looking up a guide for it. And yes, the appearance will be usable on any other druid you have. I recommend doing at 70. I have werebear. Only thing I used differently in terms of gear was Mythic 'Unblinking Gaze of Sethe' trinket which is kinda nuts damage for TW content.The only thing coming back that's similar is werebear form for Guardian Druids, it will be a unique Fel werebear model.
