I'm writing to express my concern over a recent repair procedure to my 2019 Chevy Colorado Z71, VIN # 1GCGXXXXXXXXX. The invoice number is 94673, and the mileage at drop-off was 62,657. It was brought in for service on Friday (09/29/23) for a transmission "shudder" along with a copy of Service Bulletin 18-NA-018.It is called the DT-45096 TransFlow Cooler Flush Machine and DT-52263 Transmission Fluid Exchange Tool Kit.
