The Transmute Blood Moss Recipe can be purchased from Eudora Tangletree in Olde Town (the same person who starts the crafting quests). It is a rare drop from Red Mandrakes. 15 Red Mandrake equals to one Blood Moss once you Transmute it. In my opinion, the best place to harvest Red Mandrake is in Fire Cat Alley and Cyclops Lane. I farmed for blood moss by transmuting red mandrake in Savannah (Zafaria) and I farmed for stone block to transmute into sandstone to transmute into sunstone in stone town (zafaria), there’s a few sandstone spots in both of these places so keep an eye out. It might take ages unless you wait for double reagents though.
