Generally speaking heat & toxin are the best options but it really depends on the specific weapon and what you want to do with it. In my opinion, most of the kuva weapons are good as radiation or heat. Rad allows for a corrosive+rad+heat build that has good raw dps verse all armor. Tox is good across the board in a lot of situations because you can build viral, corrosive or just tox. A lot of that is just for DPS builds though.
